In the restaurant room, truly a white and grey jewel case lighted by the sun, we invite you to experience a culinary moment of exception.  Through mixing his Provençal roots, the recipes of his grandmother, and his experiences in Asia, David brings original colours to his dishes.

From his travels, David also brought back love. Priscilla's . . .

David and his wife Priscilla made the decision to settle in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux in order to make their own home and to share their respective passions. For David, sampling his cuisine, and for her, her great passion for and her excellent advice on wine. They crafted the restaurant's selection in its entirety.

Serving your taste buds, Villa Augusta is acknowledged as being a place for pleasure and discovery, led by the passion of a couple enamoured of its land and its home.

Note: The restaurant is closed Saturday lunchtime, Sunday evening, and Monday the whole day (in July and August, open Sunday evening).

Menu and Set Menus

Chief David Mollicone exclusively work with fresh products ; the menu is therefore changed regularly.

Below you will find the different menus that we can offer you in our restaurant ;

Menu of the day (available for lunch, from Monday to Friday) including a starter, a main course and a dessert: 28 €

Menu de nos terroirs  : 48€ (starter, main course, cheese and dessert))

Menu de nos terroirs  : 58€ (starter, two main courses, cheese and dessert)

Menu Dégustation, up to the Chief : 78 € (amuse-bouche, two starters, fish, meat, cheese, pre-dessert, dessert)

Menu Valentine's day : 240€ for 2 people, with a bottle of Champagne. (only for the dinner, the 14th of February)

For your information, all our dishes can also be chosen "à la carte".
