Our Chef de cuisine Éric Berthillot is pleased to welcome you from Tuesday till Sunday for lunch and from Tuesday till Saturday for dinner (open on Sunday in July and August). It is closed every Saturday lunch and every Monday.

Blending scents of Provence with flavors he brought back from his trips around France, our Chef de cuisine is a subtle mix of authentic tastes and traditional dishes of the South of France, all in his own inventive style…

This is the story of a little boy who learns to cook with his mother and grandmother. The little boy has grown up: with a passion for cuisine, Eric Berthillot decided to make his adolescent passion – his job.

A known and well-known chef, a local boy : Eric developes this beautiful house and particularly its gourmet restaurant, situated in the Drôme Provençale, south of Valence and near Montélimar and Orange. Our clients recognise his personality, an out-of-ordinary touch, and lover of the products. A chef attentive to today’s influences but without forgetting his roots, he masters the excellence of his cuisine, which can be tasted in its perfection, in a pretty dining room or on a shady terrace.

Gourmet and authentic discovery

Our menus change very regularly, almost every day. Our aim is to always offer the best products, resulting from the work of our suppliers. Our wine cellar is filled with bottles from the Rhône Valley, the local designation Grignan-lès-Adhémar as well as many others and special discoveries that complete the valued wine cellar for wine lovers.
